These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SyntrofAI platform, websites, and services (the "Service") operated by SyntrofAI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SyntrofAI provides a hosted platform for running autonomous AI agents in a private, per-customer workspace. Features, capabilities, and limits vary by subscription plan and may change over time as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed on the interval you select — daily, monthly, or yearly — and renew automatically until cancelled.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Day-based plans stop at the end of the paid day.
Where a money-back guarantee is offered for a plan, it applies as described on the pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems, or generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content and API keys

You retain ownership of the data, prompts, and outputs you create in your workspace. If you connect your own third-party AI provider key ("BYOK"), it is used only to operate your own workspace and is stored encrypted. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party providers you connect.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SyntrofAI and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI systems can produce inaccurate or unexpected output; you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyntrofAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, your workspace and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
